Life after the COVID-19 Pandemic

We're all having to get used to the "New Normal" after the pandemic and, if a driver catches the common cold, he or she will not be able to work as passengers may think that it could be COVID. As such, this is how we're doing it:

  1. Face Masks

    Thankfully, life is getting back to the "new normal". However, and in order to protect our drivers, we are asking all passengers who have a cold or a cough to wear a facemask unless medically exempt.

    If you don't have one, a new use once only facemask will be provided for you free of charge by the driver.

  2. Hygiene

    At the start of every day, car handles, headrests, car seats etc are still cleaned and sanitised. This is also done after every journey where a passenger or passengers have displayed cold like symptoms.

Whilst the evidence suggests that wearing a face mask does not protect you, it may protect others if you are infected but have not yet developed symptoms.

ULEZ Expansion

As most of you probably already know by now, the Mayor of London expanded the ULEZ zone on August 29th, 2023 to include Heathrow Airport.

How does this affect you?

Regretfully, our minibus isn't ULEZ compliant. As such, any minibus booking for Heathrow Airport, existing and future, will sadly be subject to a surcharge to cover the ULEZ charge (currently £12.50).

We hope that you will understand that this is something beyond our control.

Customers can pay by card direct to the driver on the day of travel, by bank transfer or cash.

Please note that we can only accept cash payment on the return leg of your journey and NOT on the outbound.
